The camera doesn’t lie. As for the Seattle police force, that remains to be seen.

Now Seattle is grappling with video-taped facts and a less-than-accurate account of events. A judge recently ordered police there to make public the police-car dashboard video recording that was running when police officer Ian Birk spotted John T. Williams, a 50-year-old aboriginal carver originally from B.C., crossing an intersection in August.
